The basics
This website and client portal are operated by Clean Cozy Stay, LLC. Using the portal means you agree to these terms. The actual cleaning services are governed by the service agreement each client signs - if anything here conflicts with your signed agreement, the agreement wins.
Your account
Keep your login credentials private and let us know right away if you think your account has been accessed without permission. You're responsible for information submitted from your account, including property details and access instructions.
Scheduling and payment
Requests made through the portal aren't confirmed until accepted. Cancellation windows, trip fees, and payment terms are set out in your service agreement and on each invoice.
Photos and records
We photograph work areas before and after cleaning to document the condition of the property. These photos are shared with you in the portal and kept as job records.
