Who we are
Clean Cozy Stay, LLC provides residential and short-term-rental cleaning services in the Bloomington-Normal, Illinois area. This site and its client portal are how we take requests, schedule cleanings, and share job records with our clients.
What we collect
Contact details you give us (name, email, phone), property information needed to clean (addresses, access notes, entry codes - stored encrypted), records of cleanings (schedules, checklists, photos of the work area), and billing details for invoicing. The contact form collects only what you type into it.
How we use it
Only to run the cleaning business: scheduling, doing the work, sending you updates and invoices, and keeping records of completed jobs. We never sell your information or use it for third-party advertising.
Who else sees it
A few service providers process data on our behalf: our invoicing provider (Wave) for billing, our email provider (Resend) for notifications, our document-signing service for contracts, and secure cloud storage for job photos. Each receives only what it needs to do its job.
Your choices
You can update your details any time in the client portal, and you can ask us to correct or delete your information by emailing hello@cleancozystay.com. We keep job and invoice records as required for normal business and tax purposes.
